“Let us think of education as the means of developing our greatest
abilities, because in each of us there is a private hope and dream
which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and
greater strength for our nation.

John F. Kennedy

In the military, the name "Mustang" has been reserved for a select few.

A "Mustang" is a person who by strength of character, ability and discipline, rises through the ranks of the enlisted to become a commissioned officer.

The Mustang Scholars Foundation helps exceptional young men and women
who have risen above their economic and social disadvantages.

Our scholars exhibit the character, intellect, promise and dedication to be
"Mustangs" in both life and citizenship.

The foundation provides financial support to selected students who would otherwise be unable to continue their education in a military environment.

Their success depends on the generous support and charitable contributions
that we receive from the leaders -

the "mustangs" of our community ...YOU!

Please enjoy these photos recapturing our 2012 Man of the Year Celebration.

Thank you all!
On March 28th we celebrated Admiral Thomas Lynch as our 2015 Man of the Year.
